"Why This Website?"

This website initially started as a solution for my CV needs. I often found myself repeatedly creating CVs with varying content for different purposes. To streamline this process, I created this website to consolidate all the essential information from various CVs into one place. Over time, it has evolved to collect and showcase more of my work and interests."

MATLAB QCM BvD Fitting Toolbox

The MATLAB QCM_BvD_Fitting_Toolbox is a specialized tool for researchers and scientists working with Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM) in the context of QCM-IA (Quartz Crystal Microbalance with Impedance Analysis). This toolbox streamlines the process of analyzing the QCM impedance data using the Butterworth-Van Dyke (BVD) equivalent circuit model. The toolbox enables users to fit experimental QCM impedance data with the highly accurate BVD circuit model, providing insights into mass changes and viscoelastic properties of adsorbed materials.

SensorDataAnalyst

SensorDataAnalyst is a software developed in NI LabVIEW environment designed for the analysis of sensor data, with a primary focus on gas sensors. This tool allows users to perform in-depth analysis by fitting data with a first-order step response model - facilitating the determination of crucial parameters such as time constants and response characteristics.
Features:

  • Data Fitting: Utilize the software to fit sensor data with a first-order step response model.
  • Parameter Extraction: Extract important parameters like time constants and response details from the fitted data.
  • Manual and Automatic Operation: Choose between manual control or automatic operation based on valve switching (ON/OFF - 0/1) data.
Installers | Chain-log
  • 10.05.2024 Product version 1.2.0
    - added option of SNR calculation from transient response according to [2, 3] also for automatic analysis
    - added option of SNR calculation from transient response according to [2, 3]
    - fixed issue with window rescalling and indicator's descriptions
    - added calculation of baseline drift from linear baseline substraction
  • 30.01.2024 Product version 1.1.2
    - fixed issue with window rescalling
    - added function of BASELINE SUBTRACTION: Subtract linear baseline from the data, according to the points defined by cursors (Y = a*X+b), subtracted data are then positioned to the mean/middle of the fitted linear BASELINE (DATA - Y + mean(Y))
  • 05.01.2024 Product version 1.1.0
    - added option for bi-exponential fitting of the data to the manual FIT tab. The biexponential FIT follows the equation: y(t) = K0*(1-exp(-t/Tau0)) + K*(1-exp(-t/Tau)) + y0, which represents two separate transfer functions or two separate physical/chemical processes which form the response and follow the dynamics of the first order, respectively.
  • 04.12.2023 Product version 1.0.3
    - added option for calculation of SNR, SNR is calculated as the ratio of signal mean to 3-times the standart deviation of the signal, according to what was used in [1], for QCM noise.
  • 02.12.2023 Product version 1.0.1
    - added dR FIT output to manual FIT
  • 28.11.2023 Product version 1.0.0
    - proper scale for Plot 3 data - Y - Axis 3
    - better initialization
    - fixed error with subsequent data loading
  • 28.11.2023 Product version 1.0.0
    - Data Fitting: Utilize the software to fit sensor data with a first-order step response model.
    - Parameter Extraction: Extract important parameters like time constants and response details from the fitted data.
    - Manual and Automatic Operation: Choose between manual control or automatic operation based on valve (ON/OFF - 0/1) data.
